Position: Financial Analyst（Project Analyst）
Education : MBA or Master in Finance
Job Description:
Review financial reports, private placement memorandum, and loan documentation to analyze the profitability and solvency of EB-5 immigration projects.
Review financial background of EB-5 investors to ensure lawful source of capital; contact prospective clients and present EB-5 immigration project details.
Follow up with the Regional Centers on the ongoing EB5 projects to ensure the business plan has been properly carried out and the job creation requirements have been fulfilled for I-829 filing with USCIS.
Provide support to the firm’s annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and financial reporting; and take part in other projects requested by management.
